About this tool

What Organize PDF does

Organize PDF rebuilds a document using the page-number sequence you enter. Reorder pages, omit unwanted pages, or repeat a page by listing it more than once. The original file is unchanged and the organized result downloads as a new PDF.

Practical example

A realistic way to use it

For a four-page scan saved as 2, 1, 4, 3, entering “2, 1, 4, 3” produces the correct reading order.

Know before you use it

Supported workflow and limitations

  • The interface uses a page-number sequence rather than thumbnail drag and drop.
  • Document-level bookmarks and advanced navigation may not match the rebuilt order.
